Tara Campbell (Nee Vance) graduated from the University of Sydney in 2016 after completing her Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy.
Since graduating, Tara has worked primarily in musculoskeletal and sporting environments. She was the team Physiotherapist at Eastwood Rugby Club and then St. Pats Old Boys Rugby Club between 2016-2022. This is where Tara’s interest in concussion management began. Tara completed the Complete Concussion Management Institute’s (CCMI) training in 2019. As well as treating sports people, Tara also has a love of helping the general population with both chronic and acute pain.
Whilst at school, Tara was an elite runner and has had her fair share of injuries. Her love of being active but also spending time at the Physiotherapist as a patient was what sparked her interest in the profession. Although no longer running competitively, Tara enjoys keeping fit and staying healthy. You may catch Tara playing social touch football or running The Bay Run in her spare time.
Tara has recently returned to SIM Physiotherapy after she was away having her son Ned, who was born in January, 2023.
