What is involved in our running assessment?

We provide a running assessment at our Frenchs Forest Clinic. Our running assessment is designed to help identify sources of injuries and improve the speed of runners. The assessment is 1 hour in length and you will receive a comprehensive report detailing the Physiotherapists findings. Our goal is to provide you with answers, a rehabilitation strength program and a return to running program.
