Appointment Reminder

  • You will receive a text the day prior to remind you of your appointment.

Is there a Cancellation Policy?

  • Yes, we do have a Cancellation Policy. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation will be charged if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time.

Do I Need a Referral?

  • You do not require a doctors referral. However we recommend you bring any medical letters or imaging/testing results with you to your appointment.

I’m Running Late

  • Please Call our Receptionist.

  • We cannot guarantee a full 30 minute appointment but we can try and adjust our schedule to ensure you are able to have a full 30 minute consultation.

How Much Does it Cost for a Consult?

  • We have a set price of $104 for standard Physiotherapy consults.

  • $55 for Group Exercise/Pilates Classes.

Do we treat EPC’s and DVA?

  • Yes we do treat both EPC and DVA. However there is a gap that is charged with EPC’s.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?

  • We will give you an approximate idea of the prognosis of your condition. However there are many factors that may impact your recovery.

What Do I Bring?

  • Investigations: Please bring any referral notes, X-rays, CT scans, MRI’s and Reports with you. 

 
 

Billings & Insurance


Do We Accept Private Health Fund Claims?

  • Yes, we do accept and process private Health Fund claims. Each Health Fund will vary in the amount that is rebated back to you. 

How Do Work Cover Rebates Work?

  • Yes, we do treat WorkCover patients. We require your WorkCover reference number. You are entitled to at least 8 physiotherapy sessions by 1 treating physiotherapist.

Third Party Insurance Claims

  • We do not deal directly with 3rd party Insurance Companies.

  • We are more than happy to treat you, however you will be required to pay for the physiotherapy at the time of service. You will then need to take the receipt and claim direct with the Insurance Company.
