Tahlia graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2023. She is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with a goal of empowering patients to reach their maximum potential.

Tahlia has had experience working as the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Head Sports Trainer with the Northern Tigers NPL2 Men’s First Grade Team aswell as interning with the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Sydney FC NPL1 Men’s Team. Through both these positions, Tahlia has developed a deep interest in acute sporting injuries and implementing return to play programs. 

Tahlia has had extensive experience in assessing and treating knee and ankle injuries under the guidance of Sports Physiotherapists at the elite football level. Tahlia has has continued her professional development in hand therapy, casting and splinting. It’s these numerous skills that allow Tahlia to treat her patients effectively and ensure they are able to return to their sport and hobbies as soon as possible.

Outside of work, Tahlia enjoys spending her time keeping active in the gym, going camping, walking her dog Zeus and socialising with friends and family.
